i say no, and the numbers dont disagree. lets look at the big exclusives of 2009.
first sony

killzone 2-sold 2.13 million units released febuary;metacritic 91
infamous- sold 1.18 million units released may;metacritic 85
ratchet & clank:CiT- sold .52 million units released october;metacritic 86
xbox 360

halo wars- sold 1.63 million units released febuary;metacritic score 82
grand theft auto 4 dlc- both ~1 million units released in febuary and october; LatD metacritic 90,BoGT metacritic 89
so there you have it. unless im missing 3 ps3 exclusives that sold 1 million units(which i didnt miss) 360 won the exclusive war of 2009 by quit a bit. tally it up and
360 total 10.98 million units and ps3 5.95 million. im sure i missed a couple of small seller exclusives but nothing that would change the outcome.
ps3 had average metacritic of 89.5 with 4 games. xbox 360 had average of 87.5 with 4 games and 2 expansions. so in terms of sales xbox 360 won but in terms of how good the games are ps3 won.
Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)
halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)
x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.
