The stream of Naruto games shows no sign of an end. In addition to upcoming PSP and DS adaptations of the franchise, Namco Bandai will be bringing the series to the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Both high end systems will get Naruto Shippuden Narutimate Storm 2. First revealed in this week's Jump, the multiplatform title promises cooperative and competitive play, and support for four players. As indicated by the name, the sequel is based off the Shippuden series of the anime.

The "Narutimate Storm" branch of the Naruto series first hit the PS3 earlier this year. Overseas, the PS3 title was known as Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm.

Narutimate Storm 2 will be joined by the previously announced Naruto Shippuden Kizuna Drive (Namco Bandai, PSP) and Naruto Shipuden Ninjutsu Zenkai! Chaku Rush!! (Takara Tomy, DS) as 2010 releases.

The PSP and DS titles have been confirmed for appearance at tomorrow's Jump Festa event.

Oh wow, this is very good news, not a big Naruto fan myself but the game was amazing, heck I thought the game visuals were better than in the anime.

Meh, I found the first Storm boring. I vastly preferred the more intricate Rise of a Ninja.

Finally, they better include all the Akatsuki this time ^_^

I really wish they add all the Akatsuki but they'll probably add just a few more and milk the series and add the rest.  But lets hope =D

I thought Namco Bandai was only allowed to make Naruto games for Sony consoles? (explainging the exclusivity of the first game)

after the success of NUNS a sequel first day well better release a multi than two different exclusives like naruto ultimate ninja storm(ps3) and naruto the broken bond(360)
