Opcode is right. This game is out now in America. I'd have it in my hands right now if i weren't 300 miles from the gamestop i preordered it from (though my mom has secured it for me)

this game definitely looks interesting and I'm thinking about picking it up.

Too bad square-enix sent it to die. The game isn't big enough to withstand a post holiday launch (looks like gamestop is breaking the street date, as it is still officially listed as the 26th) and they changed the formula from the 1st game, which seems to be upsetting the fans. It also doesn't help that the last one was a flop and also a direct DS port.

Yeah for the first couple parts of the game there was so much going on that I wasn't 100% sure what to make of it but as soon as I *spoiler* rode a spear into the heart of Bahumut as the first boss I was hooked, it's not a perfect game but it's a pretty good adventure with a good story so far and the square enix brand level of presentation.
