no, ask walmart. the $50 gift card thing was funded 100% by crapmart.
ive come to the conclusion that walmart is biased against Sony.

Uncharted 2 2 million confirmed.
Great legs more than Forza 3 in NA).
Man those Wii numbers are mental. Well done to Nintendo, to beat last year at that high volume. Going to be a very good month for them then.
Great also for the PS3 to be up 49% on last year.
Totals for last year and this year are very close however this week last year still sold more.
I still maintain my prediction that we have now seen the peak of this generation in terms of sales. They are going to have to cut the price to keep up with this years sales and really the only one that will be making a proper cut next year will be the 360 due to both Sony and Nintendo cutting their machines prices recently.
If this month is to have any chance of beating last years holidays it will need to shift an additional 3m next week making a total of over 7m units in 1 week. Personally i can't see it even getting close to that.
What is depressing is we are only a couple of weeks away from seeing the return to small sales again :(
Great for the PS3 and Sony all around, love how the PS2 is still selling.
The PS3 still wont sell 1 million next week , that would mean all 3 regions will need to sell over 300k next week and I don't see Japan doing that even with FF13, and if Japan falls below that mark then NA and Other wont be able to make up the difference.

The first Uncharted sold pretty much on legs alone, so it's no surprise that the sequel is going to keep on selling for a looooong time.

Nintendo's up:
CY Q4 Shipments (LTD):
NDS: 11.89m (96.22m)
WII: 10.41m (44.96m)
360: 6.0m (28.5m)
PSP: 5.08m (49.6m)
PS3: 4.46m (21.30m)
PS2: 2.52m (136.3m)
vs
Vgchartz 2009, 2 january LTD
NDS: (97.12m)
WII: (45.55m)
360: (27.38m)
PSP: (43.37m)
PS3: (19.5m)
PS2: (124.25m)
It was obviously fixed, but we did overtracked it. The reason seemed to have been less Wii were available in December than expected.

Can we all now agree that when the PS3 Slim was released its first week sales were not down to existing PS3 owners replacing the phat model with the slim one? That was a ridiculous claim.
