Actually, that one made a modicum of sense: Person gets a game he doesn't want for Christmas, person returns game for store credit, person sees newly released game on the shelf.

I'm not saying it was a perfect plan, mind you, but it was still a better one than "hey, your game's out a week early."

This game has had one of the worst releases I've seen in years. Terrible management of this title.

Atleast we will have some "Wii can't sell hardcore games" articles. We wanted more of those, right?

Yeah, that'll give people like Pachter some new 'facts' to spread. Especially when FFXIII comes out with its ultra-hype, insane amounts of coverage all over the internet and beyond, and a 10 billion Dollar marketing budget... 'OMG FF doesn't sell on Wii!!1! FFXIII sold WAY more on PS3 than CB did on Wii, Nintendo is d00med!!1 Wii2HD will come out next month!!1!!'
