I just want to know how many of you consider a 4-5 year long gen is long enough.

If I got backwards compatibility for Wii games and could transfer my virtual console titles then yes. Otherwise I wouldn't be jumping ship so soon.

a new console is released every 5 or 6 years, it has always been like that since the beginning now, even if a console has a 10 year plan
