I also don't think they are in any particular order. It doesn't have any mention to MW2 being the best or anything of that sort in the rest of the games

I like their top pick MW2 but I can't get over DJ hero...being on the list at all. It wouldn't even make my top 100 of the week it released.

List is so full of fail you wouldn't know where to begin.

BUT ONE THING IT DOES POINT OUT - 2009 was actually quite an incredible year for video games. I remember everyone tripping out because great releases like Gran Turismo, FFXIII and the likes were moved back into 2010. There was also a few games that pretty much left the holiday season open for Modern Warfare. But even with that, we got some of the most amazing games of te generation this year.

Uncharted 2 imo should top that list. Out of the list, I still have to play Defense Swarm (didn't even hear about it till now) and DJ Hero though.

My top 5 would look something like this:

1 - Uncharted 2
2 - Assassins Creed 2
3 - Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars
4 - NSMBWii
5 - Batman: AA

4.Borderlands - YES! Gameplay always wins. Presentation and lame as story games can suck it!

6.Geo-Defense Swarm - WTF is this?
7.Scribblenauts - Dunno?
8.Halo: ODST - Switch with Uncharted 2
9.Assassin's Creed 2 - I hate it but I guess
10.Uncharted 2 - Switch with Halo ODST

So retarded this list let me check why oh yah Best game of the year is number 10. Killzone is better than Halo ODST and it was also released this year. No Demon Souls or Infamous and we see an overrated music game like DJ hero at number 3. Pathetic!
