Simply the best game ever !

MGS ,zelda ,ff7,god of war etc are all excellent games also,but it'as nothing compared to xenogears ,buy it,download it ,steal it,it's a must have that every gamer should finish at least one time in his life ..

This thread is so full of WIN!!!!!!! YES!!!!! Xenogears is the absolute best game EVER. No game has a storyline as AMAZING as Xenogears' storyline. It also has a battle system ahead of it's time, DEEP characters and the best music you will EVER find in a videogame. Xenogears FTW.

But the storyline was at its strongest in Disk 2. Too bad Squaresoft cut the funds for Xenogears. If they hadn't, then the 2nd disk wouldn't be that way. Squaresoft failed HARD with that move.

Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.

I read about that, but honestly I got over it really quick... my ONLY gripe with Xenogears is its linearness, its probably the most linear JRPG ive ever played, but definitely top of the class

I know right? FF8 SUCKS compared to Xenogears (I still loved FF8 though.......just not the battle system).

Xenogears' OUTSTANDING and UNPARALLELED storyline (IMO) COMPLETELY made up for Xenogears' linearness.

Must agree. Xenogears is one of the best JRPG of all times. Too bad, that 2nd CD was made this way.

It would be great to have a remake, but chances are probably somewhat at zero...
