Wasn't aware of this. And with Microsoft's two exclusive episodes, this has to be a slap in the face.

Erm, take a look at how Episodes from Liberty City is selling + however many downloaded the episodes instead of buying the disc + GTA IV has been on Games on Demand for some time now.

Yeah, you're right carl, Microsoft is just crying that GTA sold better on PS3 this year! In fact, they've decided to leave the console market entirely as a result of this cotastrophe! I mean seriously, come back when you understand how a business works. Oh but wait, I forgot, it's just "glorified DLC" isn't it?

The fact remains, despite DLC and massive advertising... PS3 version of GTA4 managed to sell more than the 360 version this year.

And absolutely no one in the real world cares. And you lecturing me on spin? Mr. "The PS3 is the third fastest selling console of all time!" How funny.

The thing is... I've had facts and figures to back that, whenever it is needed in an arguement... Or to prove someone wrong. I also have facts and figures to back GTA4 PS3 > GTA4 360 this year... Right here on VGChartz.

Okay, even if GTA sold more on PS3 this year, what does it matter? Xbox 360 still has the DLC packs, and PS3 obviously doesn't. I'm sure the DLC packs gave more profit to Rockstar than any "better PS3" sales of GTA 4 on disc.

It shows the game has slightly better legs on PS3.

Who cares about the DLC packs sales? This thread is solely about GTA4/GTAnext sales. Sure, the influence of those titles can be added to GTA4 360 sales... But nothing else to do with the thread.

They paid attention to the support Microsoft and Rockstar were giving to the Xbox 360 version through DLC packs. I'd rather have a choice to purchase more GTA content (Xbox 360), than to not have it (PS3 version).

Calling people stupid for buying the PS3 version of a game (Over 6 Million people...) Isn't an opinion. It's flaming.

If i bought the PS3 version, and saw that... You would be reported for it.

If that's the case, why does the PS3 version have the better legs?

Also, what YOU choose has nothing to do with the rest of the world. Obviously, they prefer to buy the PS3 version at this point, according to the numbers. How will you dispute that?

The PS3 version might have better legs because some people simply chose to buy it on PS3, either that or they don't have money/ don't care about DLC packs. Simple fact is that Xbox 360 has more GTA this generation than PS3 does. The hardcore GTA fans know where the best and most expansive content is for the game, and that's Xbox 360.

@ boneyboy, if someone says that the intelligent gamers bought GTA IV on 360, us PS3 gamers would like some clarification

Please find where I called the PS3 owners "stupid" for buying GTA 4 on their system? I simply said people were smart for buying it on Xbox 360. Overreacting much... I think you are ;)
