(not sure if this should be in its own thread, or if it's been asked before. If so, sorry)

I don't know much about PHP, but would it be very difficult to allow people to display dates on this site in different formats? As an American, I am accustomed to using MM/DD/YYYY, not DD/MM/YYYY. If there was a way to change dates according to the user's preferences that would be nice. I have no idea how feasible this would be, so if it's a lot of work, ignore this.

You deal with it once, maybe twice if you get it wrong the first time. No need to really fuss over it.

I know I've been asking for a change of format for ages, it should be DD/MM/YYYY...but you know that you're asking to change what you already have, right?

I think its already a setting somewhere as all my dates show in US format.

EDIT: The only setting I saw was for your actual timezone, so, idk. All I know is its already in US format from what I can tell.

It's always been MM/DD/YY.

I agree with Zexen. Most of the world uses DD/MM, so it should be an option.
