Makes sense, i suppose. It's also an old urban myth that masturbation causes acne, and masturbation involves the evacuation of semen, so the re-introduction of semen, under this urban myth logic, could fix it.

To be creepily accurate, semen is very high in protein, which help the elasticity of skin making it look shinier. I looked into this because I had a girlfriend who was all against the BJ's, and I needed a good reason for her to do it!
