@ Chris Hu

Yea, but just look at the lyrics of My Hands. Completely out of place.

The first one is really horrible so I prefer the Japanese one. Sadly though, the Japanese song isn't that good either, it's to generic and something I've heard a million times already.
I don't know what SE were thinking. FFXIII has been in development for half an eternity and this is all they can come up with? It doesn't make sense.

I had expected something like the ending song in Okami. A good song that perfectly fits the game.

This song from Xenogears is also a good example (imo) of a good song (maybe a bit cheesy).

Neither of these games have anything close to the production value of Final Fantasy XIII, and thus I'm very disappointed in SE's effort.

So you have played the game?

puh-lease

ONLY S-E knows how the game's narrative goes & what the story is

ONLY they can tell which song will fit the game & which won't

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

@darth
I admit it, it's to early to judge how well the original song will fit in the game.
But the song for the western release wasn't even written for the game at all, and thus I'm worried about it.

Oh my god. Play the game before any critics people...

theyll never make a theme soong like eyes on my that was epic

It should have been Marilyn Manson, that's all.

Square/Enix should have used a J-pop artist that can sing both the Japanese and English version of the theme song their are at least a half a dozen singers that can do that.

The US/EU version from Leona Lewis is boring as hell. I don't like her music anyways, so i'm not too happy that Square-Enix chose her. So obviously, I like the Japanese one WAY better...and i mean WAAAAAY better

I don't like either, but in terms of less awful, the Japanese one.

I second this. I actually find the J track a bit catchy.  The other one? Just horrendous.

WTF is the first one?... Pure shit!!! The Jpn is the bomb! That is what they need. Why not have the same song, but Jpn in english like they usually do!?
