I accidently read some news about L.a Noir 1 year ago. I loved the Idea of the Game (detective in LA in the 1940s).

I watched some videos and i was amazed because I loved the atmosphere it was just something different. There were no news except that its from team Bondi and the platform was unannounced. First I thought this was the PS3 Exclusive TakeTwo promised Sony, but then they announced Agent for the Ps3 as a exclusive and they said immediatly: Its not LA Noir.

Later this year I read some informations saying that LA Noir is a PS3 exclusive game too. And one of the reasons is that It just wont fit on DVD. The other one is that Sony supported the development with money in the beginning. 

This game looks great the theme is interesting but there are no news about it. Has someone informations about the game. I am wondering why nobody here talks about this game because it seems very interesting. Its treated like it wouldnt even exist. But its a high profile PS3 exclusive. From a respectable development company. 

The Graphics seems great and I think i read once it was open world. The gameplay is something new does someone know what this game is actualy about ? Am I the only one who is interested in this game ?

Nope I doubt its exclusive anymore since news has it that Sony have stop funding the game.

how can you be interested in this game? they only showed a CGI trailer and no gameplay or info about it.
i personally don't think it will be exclusive. it might even be vaporware.

Also I hope to see Eight days and The getaway 3 back in development instead.

i read just some minutes ago that TakeTwo said on his blog that its a Ps3 exclusive. But it was just a small german comment from a videogame magazine without sources. Maybe I find something more substantial.

I think at one stage it was going to be a PS3 exclusive, the PS3 exclusive Sony tied Rockstar down to.

Subsequently however, they've announced it as multiplatfrom (I'm pretty sure) and made Agent the exclusive instead.

Which is good news for Sony, having the GTA team working on it.

Why I am interested in the game ? Because I like the Idea of playing a detective in La in the 1940s. If the gameplay is good it would be appealing to me. They said it will be one of the most expensiv games of all time why should a company spend so much money for a bad game ? Shen Mue was one of my favorit games extremly expensive games are good most of the time I cant think of a game which was bad. But I dont understand why they dont give any information to hype the audience everything what we know is the name of the main character.

Take Two / Rockstar are giving sony 3 exclusives arnt they?

the developers said so much about DVD holding them back and 4 just didnt have enough in there that San Andreas had because of the graphics. GTA exclusivity on Blu-ray seems so likely

on gamespot they have LA noire only on ps3 there is no also on xbox or pc buttons lol
