How can you say its worse if you havent played it?Biased.

I suggest you play some other games before stating that NSMB Wii is the better game in the whole industry,it doesnt even meet the standards of a current generation game.

If you do play FF XIII and still say NSMB Wii is better,thats just biased again.

You might say its a matter of oppinions,but you are blind,you want to believe so much that its better,that you actually believe it yourself.

NSMB Wii may be good for the Lols,but you cant say it beats FF XIII untill you have played both games

I've played other FF's, and JRPG's, so I have a general idea how good FF13 will be, and truthfully, I have to say NSMB Wii is much more fun, now if that makes me biased, then so be it, but I'm certain many, many people will prefer to play NSMB Wii over FF13

And I'm certain many,many people will prefer to play FF13 over NSMB Wii

But i guesss we will see if that is true when FF13 releases...outselling NSMB's first week in Japan,despite the PS3 having less than half of Wii's userbase,and dont tell me that it will have better legs,because that will certainly happen because the Wii has 2x userbase...The question is would that still be the case if the Wii would be in PS3's place in Japan?

Its true most people would much rather play a DS game than FINAL FANTASY XIII.

I don't think so really, as a bet involves a wager of some sort, I think a prediction is more an estimate of a trend or an end result based on the trends present when you make the prediction.

It's a lot more complex than that.

Since the beginning of the gen the legs of the huge majority of Wii games have been depending on Wii hardware sales...

If you watch closely the weekly software you will notice that the legs of most Wii games fluctuates as Wii hardware fluctuates...

For Wii games to remain with strong legs you need the Wii hardware to keep selling strongly. One won't happen without the other......

As it's unlikely Wii hardware sales will go back to the level it was last year after Mk Wii, it's unlikely NSMBWii ( or even Wii Sports Resorts or Wii Fit+) will have the same kind of legs as MKWii..

 

Those games will still sell 12 million+ units, but they will struggle to get over 15 millions....



PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

Its probably because the Wii is the fastest selling console...dont get me wrong...if i would be a ''casual'' gamer and look at the all 3 consoles at the begining of the generation,i would buy myself a Wii of course,because it is the cheapest,and so i can play more games.

Wii games arent getting those ''legs'' because they are ''good''.

Its because of the hardware,and you know it.

^Actually i believe its the opposite Ail, that its the Wii hardware that's dependent on the software.

I have to disagree chris, because the Wii hardware sells because of the games, Wii sports, was one of the reasons people bought the Wii in the first place. Wii fit was a massive driver of Wii hardware. I think both games are great (although their sequels are even better)

So hardware sells because of great games,but are the Wii games so great compared to the PS3/360 games that the Wii obliterates the both consoles?I doubt it.
