Does this glitch only apply to the 360 version?

Yeah, that's two things that have no place on the internet. Good job trying to mislead people though.

To blame the developer over the cheater is asinine.
People aren't banned for cheating, or for letting their sexual preference known, they are suspended. Further, displaying your sexual preference is against the terms of service. If someone chooses to go against the terms of service, whether intentionally or through ignorance, is their own choice, but it's still against the rules.

The glitch is possible on all versions of the game (PS3 and PC), but right now Live is the only service taking action against the cheaters.
Good to see cheaters getting what they deserve. You can't defend their actions by saying it is in the game, these people go out of their way to discover and exploit these cheats.
The patch will probably be for all platforms.
Suspensions are asinine and completely unnecessary in this case, just patch the game.
