I was like 15 and so dissapointed about my final battle with her.. took me years before I played the game a second time.. and by then I understood you could use Hero stones on Squall and beat the shit out of her... Lamest boss ever...

Only if you could get hero stones without cheating!
I never saw one throughout the whole game, had to spend ages levelin up all my dudes and stocking up on phoenix down!

LOL.. you should have spend ages playing the Card game... there you could get exclusive cards which you could turn into exclusive magic and items.. like Hero stones.. Leveling up was pretty useless in this game.. Playing the Card game & getting the best spells and junction them right was the way to finish the game...

Get a gilgamesh (lol) card. Break it in into items - what does it equal? 10 Holy Wars. More than enough to beat the shit out of ultimecia. Heck, you don't need really anything to beat the shit out of her. Just good junctions and limits is all.
