You must select a poster to guess this riddle...

@KingKOLD

It breaks if it falls down from a high height.

Answer: Roosters don't lay eggs.

(You almost had me for a second)

MY NEW RIDDLE:

I never was, am always to be,
No one ever saw me, nor ever will
And yet I am the confidence of all
To live and breathe on this terrestrial ball

What am I?

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

A dead man is found in a locked room, hanging from the ceiling 4 ft. above the floor.

The room is completely empty, except for a puddle of water below him. How did he die?

This Riddle is for:

gurglesletch

He died by hanging himself. He stood on a block of ice to do it and when it melted he was suffocated by the rope around his neck.

That works.

But then, so does mine.

No offence, but yours was a bit extreme.

gurglesletch was technically more correct, and it was more probable, therefore more correct than yours.

It's supposed to be extreme. That's the point.

But then look at the CORRECT answer:

Why would somebody stand on a block of ice and hang themselves? Why not just jump, or shoot, or any of the other NORMAL ways of committing suicide? Where did he get this giant block of ice, and how did he get it through a door, up the stairs, into his room? Did nobody notice the noose and try and talk him out of it? Wouldn't he have gotten a little impatient with waiting several hours for a giant ice cube to melt and given up?

PS: I'll post my riddle again. And I ask it to gballzack, but anyone else can answer if (s?)he doesn't reply within 60 seconds.

But this time, it will rhyme.

My top is a bottom.

My bottom has a soul.

When I meet my twin, (poetic license used here)

Let the good times roll

It's a little sick-minded.

Is it alright if I post my riddle now?
I'm sure my answer is correct.

So here goes....

A dozen Royals gathered round,
Entertained by two who clowned.
Each King there had servants ten,
Though none of them were also men.
The lowest servant sometimes might,
Defeat the King in a fair fight.
A weapon stout, a priceless jewel, The beat of life, a farmer's tool.
What are we talking about here folks?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here (no pun intended)

Is it a pair of legs?

Read it a couple of times, its quite simple really.

You need a bone... this line is a dead giveaway...

"A weapon stout, a priceless jewel, The beat of life, a farmer's tool."

Go fetch...

One leg, actually. Very good.
