This is non-news. They lowered their forecast from 26 million to 20 million over a month ago, after seeing the initial impact of the price cut. You just can't hit a switch and make fewer items, it takes a while. This reduction is from the forecast reduction.

No it still sounds very crazy, here's why:
Can you give a reasonable reason why Nintendo would release a Wii HD, when its making profit on the Wii and selling more than the PS3 or 360?
