Forums - Gaming - online co-op or split screen

Which one do you prefer?Which is more fun for you?

Online Co-Op

+full screen

+great with headset

-need to purchase headset

-possible lag

Offline Split Screen

+perfect connection

+no headset needed

-Split screen

-need friends/extra controller

I prefer online co-op, i hate split screen, i have plenty of friends, but i rather play with them online with a headset.

What about local system link co-op?

Online is a great addition, but it should always be 'in addition to' local play, not 'instead of'.

Being in the same room with a friend and seeing them have fun>>>>being somewhere else and assuming they're having fun.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Tag, courtesy of fkusumot: "Why do most of the PS3 fanboys have avatars that looks totally pissed?"
"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

split screen all the way !

You also missed the possibly best part of split screen. Having a friend beside you, drinking some beers together etc. much better than talking via headset.

System link.......OT I have to go with Split Screen cause you and your friend are in the same room. My TV is a '52, so screen size aint that bad. On a smaller screen online is the way to go.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

AGREED

That's even better than split screen.

I prefer Split Screen. Nothing beats two or more people in the same room playing the same game.

Pixel Art can be fun.

i want both, otherwise don't bother charging me full price

split screen, action is more fun in person

I myself like playing local system link with two people on each T.V
