I remember this one well, especially the unmoderated lobbies, but I digress. The Outbreak games had some really amazing ideas marred by sloppy execution. The controls where like trying to maneuver a 747 with one engine, the lack of headset communication made sections like "decisions, decisions" and which floor the team would meet at in the hospital , a nightmare. Load times weren't much of an issue with the hdd add on. My biggest complaint where the constant cinemas which unnecessarily broke up the action and tension of the moment. Even with these caveates, when Outbreak got things right, it was really good. The tension and anxiety was palpable, there's nothing like getting seperated from your team and being left isolated in a B.O.W infested maze, the only signs of life from your teamates being the muffled sounds of gunfire heard through the walls. In that regard, maybe not having vocal communication is better after all.
