MS has two very strong weeks when CoD:MW2 launched, they had a bundle, which sold quite well.

PS3 came back with some very sweet deals on Black Friday..

But so far it look like XBOX might win by a whisker...

Nope, 360 wins this one. 3 weeks above the PS3, 2 by a significant margin. Unless, somehow, the PS3 does wonders this week.

Npd as in north america only right? then i think 360 will come out on top.

The gap in NA (not the US which NPD tracks) is 117795 (117K) and if the Black Friday numbers are final (which BTW is the last week in Nov) then it will be really close with the PS3 slightly on top. It's hard however to say for certain since the numbers we have for the month so far are NA not US.

I will go with 360 by 50k.

50k is a big margin, i think both should be between 20 - 25k of each other numbers..

But PS3 did ~125k more in NA in Black Friday n i think that can put PS3 ahead... only if we know Walmart deal numbers..

btw NPD dont track walmart, so they can predict it over or under the actual shipment.. n a wrong under prediction can give PS3 a win. :P

360k by 50k sounds like a safe bet.
Things in Europe are still PS3 by a good amount so PS3 is going to continue to crush in sales for the rest of the year. December will be the real test for 360 in NA.

Current NA monthly is:
XBOX 360: --- 481k. (430k for US only)
PS3 : ---------- 363k (325k for US only)

Total November by VGC
430k + 325k = 755k
325k + 450k = 775k

So PS3 might be ahead by 20k..
(i m assuming that black friday numbers in the article are only for US n not for entire NA)
