Not going by the data box in the lower right. The formats listed are some Japanese cell phones, such as the FOMA 703i. I'd still not rule out a WiiWare or PSN port, but the data suggests this actually is the cell phone graphics.

The KH2 like graphics aren't the actual game's graphics, btw. They're only for some cutscenes like 358/2 Days.
