Been waiting a while while my queue tries to fill up for S.V.E.R., Valor and/or RAVEN.

Is every game going to take this long?

Also, how long does a match last?

S.V.E.R. just filled up to 128 and now it is back down to 1.

What gives? How do I join a game if I am joined in a queue? It seems like I was just completely passed up.

sometimes it takes longer than usual (which is almost instantly), slow servers, i guess.

Usually only takes a few seconds during US primetime, for me.

The queuing system is interesting -- it appears to pool people waiting for a particular kind of match, and then when it sees enough players for two of the three teams to have a match of said type, it launches the game.

If there were tens, or hundreds, of thousands of players, rather than just a few thousand beta testers during primetime, such a system would launch games at a fantastic rate, as new games would launch very rapidly as people left games that had just finished, and re-queued.

That said, I don't imagine there are quite so many beta testers playing today in the US -- it's Thanksgiving today, which is a pretty major family holiday.

I finally got into a game. Man I have been spoiled with graphics this gen, but even still, the maps seems huge and there is a lot going on.

yeah about the graphics, lol especially on the ps3, but i would that's secondary to the actual battlefield, which is flawless................. except thoes damned turrets -_-

Yea, the graphics aren't amazing, but for a game with this much going on, I think Zipper did a really good job.

I think the gameplay come first and the gameplay is fantastic. I have a cousin over right now and I had him try it. He is hooked now and says he loves it a lot.

He was praising a few things about it, like how you can't snipe with an assualt rifle, which is one of his big issues with MW2.

He is also very amazed with the size of them maps in Domination and loves the length of Sabotoge.

I think I may have just got this game a future buyer tonight.
