Excuse me, everybody new the game doesn't have 480p & 16:9 support?

Well if we have to provide proof for our arguments then please provide proof that its intentional and proof that it will effect sales.

As for your sarcasm to make a point, I would point out that you were using sarcasm to make a point about my sarcasm being used to make a point. Luckily a sarcastic statement is intended to highlight the absurdities so picking examples with no clear cut way to show the letter pattern is exactly what I was going for.

No need for proof for your arguments; just wise to base your estimations on something, the way I have been.

Is the nickname really that bad? I mean I had the following conversation a few hours ago:

"Did you buy Metroid Prime 3 yet?"
"No. The store was all out of them, but I reserved UR MR GAY."
"Oh, cool. Gotta go do the same myself."

It's stupid, but that's the way the internets work.

 Uh...what?  I assumed it did.  I play more on my own regular TV that doesn't even have component, so I don't really care, but I do play on my friend's HDTV often...480p and 16:9 has been the standard for decent Wii games...Mario has it I thought.

I checked IGN, they've stated a few times, including hands-on with the final version, that it's 30 fps, 480p, and 16:9 widescreen...so not sure where you heard that from.

As far as I know, 480p support is mandatory on Wii games. 16:9 is optional.

@sqrl - Answer: The part that expects a rational person to have rational opinions. If you were only interested in being a wise guy, then you should have said so when I responded.

I think you're confusing not having proof with having baseless opinions.

You could be right that it was unintentional; if you read my posts in this thread, I've said several times that it might be unintentional. But the odds are against it; that's the math, and math trumps your assumptions.
