What do you think are the top 10 games for this decade? Order them with one game for every year ie the GOTY 2000, GOTY 2001, GOTY 2002 ect

I will make this pretty simple:

Diablo 2
Warcarft 3
World of Warcraft
Half-Life 2
Baldur's Gate 2
Deus Ex
UT2004
Civilization 4 (I'd put 3 up there as well but that would be just cheating)
Battlefield 1942
Portal

It makes me sad most of these games came out during the first few years of the 21st century, but at least they have such amazing replay value they are still all good in the drought that has been recent years.

Civ 3 nooo way, or Civ 4. Try Civ 1 or 2, they were the best of the series. Original concept, Civ 2 just corrected the original problems. Then again I would take Civ 4 over Civ 3. Civ 3 was the worst of the series for me. But Civ 1 & 2 are easily the best.

Vlad, Max Payne should be in your list along with System Shock 2, but whatever :)

i knwo I know except that neither 1 or 2 came out in this decade. System Shock 2 wass also made in '99. Also I jumped form civ 1 to civ 4 directly, it was a pretty huge WTF!!? moment for me.
