Mods are human and I hardly expect perfection out of them. It's for this reason that my job exists. If a moderator bans you unfairly or just misinterprets something you've said you are always welcome to bring it to my attention. Of course, just because you brought it to my attention doesn't mean I will always side with you instead of the moderator, but I will always consider your side, and respond to you at the very least.

And as for you Music, I did not promote people who were just "willing to help out" I promoted people who I thought were good for the job, and I've been very satisfied with the work of the current mods. I believe they are every bit as good as moderators have ever been on VGChartz, and certainly just as active (except for a couple who I have to remind to moderate more often than I should). As far as adding more, I can consider that, but I just promoted two more last month, and even if I added more it wouldn't be more than one or two. You can send me your names if you want though.

Why bother, I did for 6 months or so and nothing ever gets done.  Your mods are biased, a blind man can see that.

Get a few mods to actually bother reading the Microsoft forums at the moment sometime.  Every single thread is constantly trolled to the point there is no point actually posting anymore.  When a thread is started the first thing that happens is it gets run off topic by the same individuals constantly who do nothing but flame Microsoft and their products.  These individuals often post one sentence answers then leave the thread for a day or two happy they've caused chaos, you report them and nothing ever gets done.

Thats pretty much what I mean by biased.  Try reading the Sony and Nintendo forums and then compare that to the deal we get in the Microsoft forum.  I'm sure mods don't intend to be biased intentionally but this is the impression I've got over the last 6 months, 18 months prior to that, the moderation seemed fair to me.

You do realize that TheTruthHurts and Sega4Life just became moderators along with RocketPig coming back and every single one of them have the X360 as their main console.

Taking action now after you've lost a huge number of posters fed up of inaction previously doesn't undo anything I've stated.  Perhaps my opinion of reasonable posting behaviour differs to the mods and indeed the rules on here but the Microsoft forum has been run into the ground.  If by expressing my opinion on this means we get at least some small resemblance of balanced disussion for a while in there then great.

@ Nordlead - Great, perhaps moving forward things will change.  I'm not the first to notice this trend happening though and it needed actioning 3 months ago.  I'll try and shutup on the subject for a bit now and give you guys chance to do your job, if I've still got a problem then I'll pm Naz and/or leave the site.
