Forums - Gaming - Dragon Age Origins : DISCUSSION/Impressions Thread! (Who are YOU?)

Ok i am a Humam Warrior called Arthur lol, just really started the game and just got morrigan in my party.
So far I am liking it, the graphics are not up to uncharted standards, but what is lol, the only thing that irritates me is the odd frame dip during realtime sequences, other games have better graphics and cope so much better you can tell it was designed around the pc and not the ps3 or the 360, still not many frame dips so it's not a major letdown.
The gameplay is addictive and very gory which i love lol, and story is good so far, so overall so far I would go with 8.5 on this one, it's good but not quite good enough to be AAA.

it's the future of handheld

He did not.

It might not be the best choice morally but in the end he will turn up to be a better leader of the dwarf nation...

PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

I so wish I had more free time right now. It'll be tuff to get up in time for work tomorrow.

Going to save that dog in a minute. :)

@Ail

Well, I sided with Harrowmont, and other than he not regaining control of the dwarven nation and having a bit of strife with the warring factions, he kept tradition going on in Orzammar. Bhelen's ways were of the manipulation and political backstab, so he could end up pacifing the entire nation, but we all know how :P

@lestatdark

TRADITIONS FTL!!!!!

Orzhammar should be home to humans & dwarves alike!

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

@Darth

xD your choice then :P I'm just curious if you do the Dwarf Nobility origin, if you get a different flow of the story in Orzammar. It would be rather funny to pick Bhelen when it was he who set you up :P

I have a feeling if you chose Dwarf Nobility origin you would have a third option ;)

@Silicon

I have that feeling as well, but then again, once you become a Grey Warden, all of your ties to your past life are severed, thus your Dwarf Nobility MC cannot be elegible as an Aeducan once again.

*the following might be a spoiler since it hints at the consequences of a choice*

I chose to side with the Golem and he made me a crown on that Anvil. When I returned I was given the choice to put the crown on whoever I chose. I assumed that if I was a dwarf Noble I could pick myself. I'm not sure though. I really hope that it's true. I haven't tried it though.
