Don't call GoW hack n slash, it's more like an adventure(not Sam n Max but Indiana Jones(films)) game.
Just because the franchise does fighting very well it's not the core of the games.

Yes, it is.
The majority of the game is spent fighting. There's a little bit of platforming thrown in. It's too...one dimensional (in movement space, not gameplay) to be considered an Adventure, I think.
It's like DMC, or Ninja Gaiden. But, of course, made with very different values, being a Western game.

I say that since God of war 3 looks amazing (better than Uncharted 2), has 2 sequels which are one of best games on Ps2,has awesome and huge fanbase and had Gow Collection released, will outsell Uncharted 2.

I think God of War III will outsell Uncharted 2 overall.

No, God of War is about the setpieces and traversal, that the combat turned out to be great is luck.

GOWIII will outsell uncharted 2 but i hope uncharted sells more :) my favourite game
GooW 3 IMO probably 1.5-2.5M (violence and people over-rate it massively due to their secret desire that Kratos tug on their...)
Uncharted 2 3.5M+ (its a bigger game face it, Nathan Drakes semen is more than a simple normal map as it drips over Kratos' low definition eye)

I also remember the theories that KZ2 would sell more than COD 4. 
These hardcore franchises sell x # of units then they hit a wall... its not a mass market product to the same extent that COD or Uncharted 2 are.
