The only one I thought was funny was the box they sent to Yahtzee. That was clever. IF we ignore the stupid sheet of paper they added.

you need to re-read what you said. You said The Wii's 3rd party SW sales were the highest. You didnt say the Wii had the highest third part sales.

Surely EA needed Nintendo's permission for that ad. If they didn't have permission then surely Nintendo would be within their rights to sue EA's arses off. That's i presume how Nintendo would play it.
