Your F3 legs will be heavly affected by that game.   F3 non bundle sales will cease to exist in Europe when that game is released and will barely register a blip on the rader in NA.

 

But if you can't have a legit discussion with out having some special rules then dont have one or at least state them in your original post.  These are two games that directly compete, discussing ones sales so close to the others release and not being able to mention that  is a joke. 

So if you can't discuss that game and its affect on F3 sales, then fine this is my last post in thsi thread mentioning that game.  But next time specify in your origial post that special rules apply, not everything can be discussed. 

What? more prediction attacks. I'm not childish enough to call you on your even worse predictions. GT5 has nothing to do with the sales of FM3. It doesnt even have a release date for EU and N/A. And is on a different system. So the legs of FM3 are for discussing. How GT5 is gonna sell buckets loads more is niether here nor there.

I said ~2.5 Mil without bundles.

It is getting bundled in Europe.

I'l say 3.5 Million now. It wont surpass FM2's sales.

Fine special rules then, your thread so ok.

F3 legs will be inferior to F2s.

F3 will sale less the F2.

No mention about GT in the OP and the creater of the thread has requested that this shouldn't containt discussion about GT as it isn't a comparisons thread.

In regards to the actual OP yes I do think this game will have good legs but to say it has legs during the holiday season when their are bundles with the game is far too soon to say. We really must wait until after the holiday season to see.

Gamers who like sims will naturally bring up and compare to other sims. According how the unnamed competing sim will turn out will have a impact on FM3 long term sales.

Why are you all using GT5:P to discredit Forza 3. I mean come on it might be a demo but it is still from the GT franchise.

I like my fellow PS owners but one thing i will not tolerate from no-one is hypocrisy. I am sure many of you are fast to cry foul when someone says Killzone 2, Resistance 2 did crap because it failed to reach Halo 3 1st week numbers and got "CRUSHED" by what is no more then a Halo expansion by the name of ODST.

I am sure if halo released a multiplayer demo before it released that it would have outsold Resistance. I mean dam its fucking Halo. Like how GT is fucking Gran Turismo.

LBP didnt sell like mario so is that a flop?
KZ2, R2, R1 didnt sell like a Halo so is that a flop?
Forza isnt going to sell like a Gran Turismo so is it a flop?
Godfather, saints row 1+2 isnt going to sell like a Grand Theft Auto so is it a flop?
