Your probably right I admit that I don't know that much about game development, just thought it might be a factor.

In comparison with the DS, yes. It is undeniable though that the PSP had a much improved software lineup this year. I wish I could buy more games for it. It is a real shame how much piracy hurts the system.

GTA (also on DS, and DS' best game this year)

*and classics that include RE, MGS, FF VII, and alot more..*

Also, even when PSP has an amazing library people still don't buy games, I mean I myself haven't bought anything for it.

But the FOR ME....DS DESTROYS PSP's lineup this year..to put it bluntly


Well obviously, you NEVER buy psp games to know if there are good ones out there or not, you are a psp hater, and its obvious:

Phantasy star

Monster Hunter freedom Unite

Soul calibar

"TEKKEN 6 WILL BE OUT"

Persona

Disgea 2

Half minute hero

Pixel junk monster

Dirt 2

Disgea 1

and if I mention the classics, there is no way in hell the DS has had a better library this year, PSP comes 2nd only to PS3 in terms of quality software this year. @soriku KH 356 does not surpass FF VII.

Not a single one of those games on either of your lists are in your gaming collection. Are you sure YOU'VE played them?

I haven't, as I am certain 90% if not more of this thread is based on bias and not the reality of whether or not anyone has played any PSP games.

It includes myself and most of the posters here. We can only use metacritic if you want people that have played all DS games this year, and PSP games and look at there opinions to see whether or not they are good or not. Because its clear NOT ONE person has played all of the games listed.

Yeah, but you're the one calling people out on it, so I figured it was from a stance of superiority.

I haven't played any PSP games this year either. It's just not required to defend my stance on the subject. I know which games are original, which ones lack features, which ones should have a second analog, etc. just from reading reviews. By reading reviews, I mean actually sitting down and reading a review, not looking at the score.
