I believe it's 2 player splitscreen at the moment, and they're working on 4 player. Hopefully they'll have got it working by the time it releases. The game's success will largely depend on this, and I'm sure the devs are aware of this.

Yeah I agree. It needs 4 player split screen... there's a huge lack of 4 player split screen games on the PS3

I think getting this game to 4-player split screen local as well as online will be a very important factor when it comes to sales.

This looks to be a very top notch kart racer. I can even see the Wii fans liking the look of this game.

I had 0 interest in this game when they showed it at E3, but I have to admit it actually looks like a lot of fun.

Still not sure about the look of the characters though.

Looks ok. The track editor seems pretty basic at this point, hopefully there ends up being more advanced options for those who want to spend more time with track creation. Are the tracks made by the devs possible in the included track creator, ala LBP? Have they shown those off yet? I also hope they nail the weapon/item balance and vehicle handling.

Yeah I get that but the template is just a little strange, I'd prefer sackboys honestly.
