There's too many colors for a NES game IMO. It looks more like an amateur Gamer Maker game than anything. Still pretty cool though!

I'm not a fan of the sprites either. It might have been good at launch but this is a NES game in 2008. :P

There are way more than 16 colours on screen at once.
