whats the problem? you'll probably just hear the song in the end credits

I think you like FF7 looking at your signature, and the end credits in FF7 with the music were fantastic. You felt something epic was over. So tell me if you don`t mind listening to a rb artist that have nothing to do with the game that sings for the teenagers wont destroy a part of Final Fantasy.

oh for gods sake. it's just a freaking song! it could fit the game perfectly for all we know!

It will appear during a "powerfull dramatic scene" for the American and European version said that guy during the announcement video.

And as matter of fact, song's like "my hands" can destroy a whole scene. Imagine the famous Aerith scene with a random r&b song for an instance...

Or it could be the reason the scene is amazing as it is. The fact is that nobody here has actually played FFXIII in its entirety. For all we know the song that they have chosen fits the scene perfectly. I have always trusted the FF crew, so why would this time be any different? They have blown my mind with practically every installment in the series and I'm certain XIII will be the same. Trust me, there's a reason they picked this song.

The theme from FFX (suteki da ne) has got to be one of the worst songs I've ever heard in my enitre life. However, it fits FFX perfectly, playing the game even makes you like the damn song.

People being beyond over-dramatic towards FFXIII.

Give me an example of a western movie or a video game which makes good use of an western r&b song?

I like some r&b song's, but it just doesn't work for serious games or movie's.

Another good question. What will happen to the second theme?

If there is 1 thing Grand Theft Auto has proven to me, it's that any type of music could fit in perfectly with a video game.

And how about I ask you a question. Name 1 Final Fantasy game that has been a letdown musically.

We haven't played the game... How would we know of the lyrics don't fit the game?

4 ≈ One

Making a petition for a song is just weird, but I did listen to the Leona Lewis song and I would agree that it doesn't fit at all. I'm pretty sure they've already contracted with the artist's label, so Square Enix won't be changing their decision.

I am the Playstation Avenger.

GTA are joke games man, 99% of the people doesn't play them serious, Final Fantasy's on the other hand are dramatic games, so you still haven't answered my question.

By the way, you think, Mario would work with Final Fantasies music? You think that the Godfather would work with a 50 cent song?
