Killzone 2 is amazing..MGS4 is also AWESOME..

These 2 games have scenarios set it epic battle fields, so i guess thats why they stand out for me.

As for U2AT, i'd have to wait till Christmas to find out.

If you want to stay away from FPS (MW2, KZ2, etc.) than I'd suggest MGS4 or HS. Heavenly Sword had some pretty awesome audio/visual moments.

Killzone 2 or Modern Warfare 2, definitely. Nonstop gunshots, explosions and epically overdone orchestral scores.
