no hell no, i got 3mbs

Not bad ;)

Yeh it should be, I use to have a 1 Mbps speed and I could play online games lag free (5 Mpbs now)

But I'm pretty sure .7 Mbps will do the trick.

I should be getting cable connection next week + brand new router which supposedly improves online gaming (at least that's what they're saying in their ads...)
"Sitecom Wireless 300N XR Gigabit Gaming Router WL-308"

has anyone had any experience with this router??

I haven't had any issues with my connections, and I live in South America

Yes.

i played with alot of people on this forum and had no problem, i even played MAG with 120+ people and didn't get a lag so the answer is yes you can.

i look at the speed of most of you and i wonder why you guys experience lag o_O. i never lagged in games unless i was downloading something on my PC or someone else using it.

I never had any problems playing online.

Download and upload speed is not important unless your machine is acting as the server for the games.
