I sold Fallout 3 to get VP2 :p The story and the ending killed Fallout 3 for me, was enjoying the game until we got there and I just lost all interest.

The first VP was one of the greatest RPGs I have played in 20 years of gaming. I have the 2nd sealed at my parents house. I'll have to go over there and pick it up :p.
Let us know if you like it... but if you love gaming, you'll love the game. Guaranteed.
Get Oblivion. It should be incredibly cheap for the PS3 addition and it is an excellent game.
I spent 100+ hours on it before even beginning the main quest.
Nice choices on Disgaea 3 and VP2 though. I own both games and enjoyed them very much.
As for the Disgaea 3 trophies. I heard them say back in early August that the EU version was getting the trophy patch in the fall, but as an American I am not able to verify if it launched yet.

Actually the first 2 were games I was considering purchasing and wanted more opinions on...
Oh god...this is the reason I hate updating ps3 games, why oh why can't we background download ps3 updates?! The file is 600mb large but my connection is so bad it cuts out all the time that I have to keep restarting from scratch. If not Background download at least allow some form of saving progress!!

:D to make things worse, I'm playing on the ps2 so I have no idea when it cuts so I keep having to change channels, to add further insult I've lost my remote ¬_¬
apparently, it was the uPnp that was causing the crashes...no idea what that is.
As for VP...sorry seems to be a slow starter, not liking the 2d world but combat is ace even on my shitty controller (I miss my baby :( ) it's proving to be quite interesting eventhough members of my team keep dropping like flies but I think I'll get the hang of it soon, on chapter 2 now.

Fallout 3 doesn't end there! Broken Steel continues the story! Not to mention all the other expansions which are AWESOME!
You are really missing out if you don't buy the GOTY edition!
