My personal Vote goes to SCIV, i was never really a fan of the tekken series at all (until 6 that is.) but imo the SC series in general has more content for the players, i also like weapons based combat over hand to hand anyday of the week to so that aswell, however i do like tekken 6 more then anyother fighter this gen except SCIV, if one things fer sure, namco knows how to make fighting games, dif teams and all.

The thing with tekken 6 is, the following reaons i dont find it as good as SCIV...

1. To learn just a few combo's, air juggles and chained attacks alone, it will take a long time for each character.
2. Running attacks are at a much lower rate then SCIV due to the more realistic nature of T6 over SCIV's more mid-evil Fantasy Style.
3. Some characters are cheap and far to overpowered for there own good, and i've found no real way to beat them yet other then spamming a certain attack at them... but thats cowardly...
4.  The Beat'um up/RPG mode is very broken for what it is, its not well put together at all, it would have been atleast a little fun if it had offline co-op and somewhat fun if it had online co-op but even still its a bad even if its trying something new, which i hear is not true actually since i hear there was a mode like this in previous games, and they still haven't perfected it? wtf???...
5. And at number 5 my main most hated reason for T6... International language's... What in the fucking hell!? i pay for my games to be in full english dubbed! (UNLESS its a japanse import i dont wanna wait for but thats the only excuse for this...) other then that, THE HELL!? even King in his freaking ending going "Rawr" Rawr" "RAWR!" and marduk and armor king understand him!? not only that but i found the entire mishima family a buncha crazy emo's with REALLY bad japanese voice acting, i've got nothing against japanese dubs but these guys were crap IMO... ugh... i could have easily seen many talent'd english voice acters doing quite a few of these characters, oh well for the most part most of them are in english anyway even though they shouldn't be like migul and zafina.

At anyrate no need to add your "Reason" if you dont want to, but it nice little input into "Why" would be nice.

 Never hear of Bamco before... in all seriousness Tekken, but Ivy Soulcaliber is pretty good too.

Tekken's ending are very outdated even in animations

Soul Calibur is a better game overall. don't forget Tekken is a straight port from the arcade version released two years ago.
