I know I am not the only one. I fell in love with COD4 and played the shit out of it by myself and with many of my friends. I've been waiting 2 years for the next installment and now that it is here I am just annoyed by it. IW did away with their perfectionist midset that made COD4 and implemented the "let's just add a bunch of more crap" mindset. Anyways my question is this. What new FPS shooter series do you think can be the new love for us FPS fans that have fallen out of love with COD and are looking for something new? I have KZ2 and I really like it but it just doesn't feel quit right sometimes. I think KZ3 would have potential though. I played the demo of the first Bad Company and I liked it but it wasn't quit as polished as COD4. If BC2 has that polish then it could be it. But other than those two what other FPS games are out there that you feel could be the new king of the FPS?

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars and Battlefield Bad Company 2 are the kings of online FPS.

For single player it's Bioshock and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
