I WAS one until the lack of content in stores, and upgrading madness had me saying ENOUGH.  I still consider consoles not having any decent RTS titles.

Which are you more likely to play for fun?  Big Rigs to laugh at how bad it is?  Or Modern Warfare 2.  Which is like a bunch of other games, but worse.

MW2 deserves the lower rating, because unlike Big Rigs... people actually give (or, gave) a shit about MW2. The low rating is not justified solely on the abyssmal failure of a PC game itself, but also what IW wants the game and systems introduced to mean for the future of PC gaming.

Word needs to get out for the PC gamer, because IW dropped the bomb at the 11th hour and many folk have been caught unaware. Not everyone reads forums, hopefully some PC players will pause to look at the user reviews and realize that MW2 is not like MW1 and be able to make an informed decision. If they still choose to buy, well thats fine, its their money. But for every one fo those, there will be many who reconsider their purchase upon learning that MW2 is exactly like the 360 version.

Anyhow this is a silly thread, if you are a console player and love MW2.. great more power to you. Go have fun playing it, its a console game. You say PC players should suck it up, I say console FPS fans should go play the game and stop trolling the PC gamers.

It's really annoying because the multiplayer is absolutely incredible when it works. If this continues I will be a very sad panda.

nah, I'm kidding, it might be the opposite - you were playing with noobs that remain noobs, while the game consider you a better player now.

you should check mp_config.cfg, there's something there that lets the game find servers with 800 ping max. you might try setting that option to a lower number such as 150 or 200, if MW2 still uses this option, it might help to find better games. I don't know the exact name of the setting though

The whole internet sucks today, a friend of mine got some virus, trojan, or FBK account hacked and spammed all her contacts, FBK apps and games are slow and buggy as hell and always out of synch, and an ex-gf of mine is having a craze for a lot of FBK games all at once... OMG, don't tell me the common factor are just...
