Please dont compare PS3 with DS. PS3 isnt in the same league at all.

OT: PS3 sales great, PSP-Go sales very bad. But as we learnt from last weeks sales, the Go is a PSP-3000 system seller, so total PSP sales will probably be respectable.
Wii is doing very poor numbers. It's selling the same than it did on the same week last year, but now it has more big games coming out, it's cheaper, there are bundles and new colours. The PS3 is almost outselling it 2:1, the Wii is not doing good by any means.

The only software giving a significant boost to Wii in Japan will be New Super Mario Bros. (long term) and Tales of Graces (short term). I can't think of another game that will help Wii gaining momentum this year.

The Wii is fine, what's amazing is the PS3 doing better than the Wii was doing last year around the same time. But December is the biggest month and the Wii has always sold over 100k around these times, the question is, can the PS3 compete. The Wii was designed to sell during holiday times.
Will FFXIII be enough?

You're comparing a system of more than 28 million unit sold to a system which is struggling to reach 4 million.
If you're talking about market than beacons in Japan are DS and PSP.
