Well the ps3 has a stronger software lineup if you actually compare the lineups, i think double the number of exclusives announced so far. Also Sony is releasing new hardware aswell.


I didn't say it had a stronger line up than Sony, I'm just saying it has the strongest line up that the Xbox 360 has ever seen. Keep in mind quality, not quantity.

As far as the hardware goes, I think we both know which motion "controller" has reached mass media and is getting by fat more attention. Natal. Whether Sony's motion controller is better or not doesn't really matter, it seems Microsoft has won the media war. At least for now.

While I agree that Playstation is not as huge of a brand anymore it still trumps xbox worldwide. Europe and Japan especially.

In any case...lol...rooting for the underdog idea is funny...I'd join you but I have no time to play games on the 360 alone. Borderlands Im not even half done, Forza 3 as well...MW2 and L4D2 coming. I wish I was 14 again with 4 hours a day of gaming time...but in my age 4 hours a week is a good week.

I feel ya.  That's about all the gaming time I can scrape by, too.

And I just started Dragon Age and am getting MW2 tonight

In America I can see the Xbox brand being stronger than Playstation after this gen, if not already, but WW it is still Playstation and Nintendo dominant.

That alone does not mean its not Gears of War 3.

Mortal Kombat 2 was written with roman numerals while part 3 went with a plain number 3.

The games can switch that stuff up any time...no rules!

Final Fantasy XIII coming out exclusively for FFXIII in Japan for PS3 12-17-09 it will sell 2 million + in Japan and on PS3 alone moving more PS3s and causing more Japanese exclusives to come to the system.

Of course FFXIII isn't an exclusive in the West, so in the West PS3 and 360 sells will probably cancel each other out, but 2 million + copies sold in one region while the other has nothing there isn't exactly a minor thing.

Looking at preorders for MAG, I would argue Sony has 4 Big games already announced for next year. Those being: GT5, FFXIII Versus, MAG, and GoW III. And from what I heard from friends Fable 2 sucked, so why would that be big? And possibly the biggest secret of all Rockstar's Agent is slated for next year.
