They know that they will fail, if they try. Admitting defeat is pretty admirable if you ask me. ~_n
Seems fair enough to me. Doesn't diss the Wii, just makes clear they are positioing a certain level of tech requirements to support their minimum goals and the Wii is below it.
Don't come as much of a surprise either, despite Activision getting another developer to produce a CoD4 version for Wii.
I have a Wii and PS3 and PC and it doesn't bother me a bit some developers are more focused on HD consoles and PC and others Wii and/or DS/PSP.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
Double Post! Damn that button.

Somebody tell this bunch of idiots that :
1) we want dedicated servers on PC and consoles cause matchmaking is just bullshit
2) we play games, we dont pay 70 bucks (curse you Activision) for watching cinematics.

1) Many are trying!
2) I don't think CoD games have traditional cinematics as such, but 70 bucks is too much either way

To be fair to IW:
1 - I'm very sure we have Activision to thank for this
2 - I'm very sure we have Activision to thank for this (not that CoD has many cinematics anyway)
TBH, I wish IW were independant rather than under Activision, as you can probably guess!

Hate to say it, but after MGS3, Killzone2, Uncharted2 etc. on a big 46" LCD I would have to agree with that. Metroid 3 is a rare example of a very cinematic game on the Wii, so it can be done. That said, Retro's art direction is mind-blowingly good and I don't see many other games looking like Prime 3.
Hate him if you want, but I think he might have a point.
reminds me of Valve and PS3.
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
