Haha, kamal, philosophy doesn't get us anywhere. IT's a big circle of thought that flows in all directions, with seemingly infinite concepts to explore and apply to other subjects.

We actually agree on something.

You would probably discover we agree on most things if you would have a calm enlightened discussion with me, but it would take way too long to strip away our societal, cultural, and learned conceps until our concepts are pure enough to blend and become one ideaology.

MY future? The future is now, dude.

Lol....  Someone really is a little too lost for help.  I suggest we leave him be and stop giving him attention, people.

The concept of being lost can be applied to both of us, from your view I'm lost, or maybe that was a joke, but to me and a lot of spiritual people, you're the one who's lost. I suggest if you want people to stop giving me attention, you yourself follow your advice and don't give me attention.

Will do.  And never call yourself spiritual.  I'm a spiritual person.  That is not the correct word to define someone the likes of you.

Spirituality is a broad concept that can be applied to many situations, for example some call reading a book and asking an all powerful entity in the sky to do things to be a spiritual concept, some thing walking in nature is spiritual... For me, music, buddhism, taoism, drugs, ninjitsu, all very spiritual, because it comes from my soul. Not everyones spirituality is the same, I apologize if I'm not spiritual in the sense that you proclaim, but I meditate, I read religious texts, I consider myself spiritual. But then again some people might call me philosophical rather than spiritual.

This is the response of someone who is ignorant to what they are talking about.  In fact you lack the knowledge of most of the topics you are trying to speak of.  Perhaps if you took the time to be educated and thoroughly understand these things rather than just believing whatever made up stuff you want......

Umm, do you really need to inflate your own ego( or do whatever you're trying to do, cause shame or embarrassment, or lessen others peoples regard of me) with that first sentance? If it's your opinion that I do not know what I'm talking about, or that I'm ignorant, please tell me directly, rather than making a statement directed at everyone, I find it rude, but I don't really care.

I don't lack knowledge my friend, our knowledge is different. I can be educated to understand other peoples concepts of things, or I can be educated to understand the 'standard' concepts of things, but I really don't feel like it. I'll believe what suites me and improves my life, it's what we all do my friend.

Wessle how much do you actually know about Zen? Do you know the paradox of the mirror and dust?

I'm not really into the zen philosophy because I don't know much about it. Tell me the paradox, sounds interesting.

Our body is the Bodhi-tree,
And our mind a mirror bright.
Carefully we wipe them hour by hour,
And let no dust alight.

There is no Bodhi tree,
Nor stand of a mirror bright,
Since all is void,
Where can the dust alight?

It deals with the concept that a very (very) large number of Buddhists believe in, namely that this world is merely a construction of our perceptions and in truth nothing is real, but we seek to improve ourselves anyway. That's the paradox: we try to polish a mirror which isn't real.

What exactly is unrealistic about being a ninja, highway? You practise backflip, eventually you'll do it. Apply the same concept to any other ninja skill. You must be formless, like water. Or fire. Air is pretty formless too.

Having a skill is nothing in life unless you can make it pay off. I'm pretty shit hot at Super Mario Brothers because I've spent a good portion of my life playing it. Where's being good at Super Mario brothers going to get me? Nowhere, that's where. Will that skill get me a job? No.

I know it sounds like a cool job but there is no call for Ninjas, honestly try and get a job as a Ninja. I doubt anyone has had one since 18th century Japan. You can be the best Ninja the world has ever seen, but it's unlikely that you could live off being a Ninja.

I'm sorry if I'm being harsh, but it is the truth. At least piracy is a thriving industry right now lol.

Ninjas are masters of all trades my friend... I could get a job as a massage dude, musician, contortionist, physical fitness trainer, or something else. I can make all my ninja skills pay off, they will help me in all areas of life.

Does being good at super mario have to get you anywhere? Can't you just enjoy the ride?

You're not being harsh, I think you're being silly and not thinking quite deep enough. I can barely blame you thought, you're not on an LSD hangover.

I directed that at you.  I meant no mallace or anything.  Regardless you will "believe what suits you" so carry on.  Imagine if the entire world just believed only what suited them rather than what was actually true.

I think I'll go walk up this vertical wall, drink 20 gallons of lighter fluid, jump from the 20th story of a building, drive my car off a cliff, jump into a pool of acid (no pun intended), and allow a pack of rabid dogs attack my body.  After all, I believe that none of this can really harm me.  I believe that gravity is just a preconceived belief and that I can alter my being so as to defy the laws of gravity and walk vertically.  My concepts on pain and on damage to my body are what suits me so they must be true, right?

And yes, you lack knowledge on many many things.  You are not born knowing everything so everyone lacks knowledge.  Even from your own posts you say "I don't know much about it" so therefore you LACK knowledge....

Awesome concept. I like it.

Does anyone have an issue with me shutting this thread down?

It's becoming obvious that Wessle really just wants to tell the world about what he's doing, and not open for any debate or discussion. Therefore his postings may be better suited for a blog or another area.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Okay, good. If the entire world believed what suited them regardless of the truth, as long as they were being peaceful and having fun, everything would be cool. Walking up a vertical wall, sure, just build the strength and get some climbing shoes with spikes or something. Drink 20 gallons of lighter fluid? That would take years and year of immunity building, but if that's your goal have at it. Jump from a 20th story building? I don't know if the human body can take that impact and live, but if you want to die go for it.

Driving a car off a cliff would be sweet. Allowing rabid dogs to attack your body would be foolish unless your a masocist or have had adequate skin training. If you believe it's not harming you, it won't hurt you. Your physical body can definatly get harmed though. Maybe you can defy gravity? I don't know, the human body is capable of a lot but the physics for that are kinda impossible. You can feel like you're flying.

If you're concepts of pain and damage work for you, go for it. I don't lack knowledge, I lack the same neural connections as you. My brain works differently, having knowledge and not having knowledge is all a state of mind - how your neural connections are formed, you don't actually have anything, you're just different. But, in terms of being able to get things done, you may not have the mental memory reflex to bring up the correct information to satisfy others perception that you know what you're talking about.

Oh, mrstickball, nothing is obvious, or, it's as obvious as you want it to be... Or whatever... I don't want to tell the world what I'm doing, but I am anyway cause I'm bored. I have no active desires right now, I'm on LSD. I am way open to debate or discussion, what the hell do you call what I'm doing, not debating and not discussing? I'm being truthful and just letting my self expression flow, I'm very sorry if it upsets you.

I've lost respect for you mrstickball.
