Dead Space. Because it is the only good horror game I've played (and it wasn't that scary)

And anyone putting Siren: Blood Curse on their lists are lying. Or I hope they are >_>
That game was so extremely shitty that when I had forced myself halfway through the game, I traded it in at GameStop, and never looked back.

Silent Hill 2 overall - the champ of real unsettling horror for me

Also,
Fear and AvP2 for FPS (well, playing as a Marine anyway)
System Shock 2 for FPS/RGP/Survival hybrid awesomeness

Dead Space was fun but didn't have depth in the end and Condemned series, while great, always seemed to miss the bullseye (but not by much).

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Except the horrible controls and the horrible camera were at least 10 times as frightening as the game. I never felt scared, because I was too busy controlling my urge to break my controller
