Namco Bandai Games Europe has announced that over 2.5 million copies of Tekken 6 have been shipped to Europe and Pal regions for PlayStation 3 and XboX360 gaming systems. In this occasion Bandai has opened the newest King of Iron Fist Tournament to all comers on 30th October 2009. The shipped copies are of three kinds: standard retail, Arcade Stick and Limited edition; all of them will bring the biggest character line up in the history of the series, a brand-new Scenario Campaign mode, spectacular high-definition 60fps visuals with full-time variable animation blur, and an array of online fight play options. Furthermore, in selected territories you may even purchase an exclusive Tekken 6 PlayStation 3 hardware bundle, just for your fighting satisfaction! "This is a big day for us. Fans who want to show off their fighting skills in front of an audience can take part in the real King of Iron Fist Tournament, with public Tekken 6 competition events taking place since early October across Europe and Australia. The winners from each country will come together to compete in a grand regional final in London on December 12th to establish once and for all the true Tekken god.
