Definitely PlayStation, it has great classics like Crash Bandicoot1,2,3 and racing, Medievil 1 and 2, Resident Evil 3, Spyro The Dragon, Tekken 3 ( my first 3D game )...
PlayStation 1, where JRPG's were truly born and raised to titans, Final Fantasy VI and VII are proof of that alone, the 360 is a great console but its faaar to young to match up to the likes of the PS1 or SNES.
Though the Dreamcast brought us many great games to, like Sonic Adventure!
And tne Snes has one of my best and more cherished gaming memories... Super Mario World... those were the simple times...
Even still, i cannot ignore the true game that got me into gaming out of all... Final Fantasy VII, so with that said, the PS1 it is.
Super Nintendo IS classic gaming; however I would have chosen NES if that had been an option. Better games than anything on any other console to date.

360 the first time i sampled online multiplayer was on the Xbox and never looked back. the console just feels complete in its function as a gaming device and then some.
Snes, all the way. It had FFVI, Chrono Trigger, Terranigma etc etc.
My vote goes for Sony, they have revolutionarisied the industry the second time (after the Nintendo ressurection of gaming industry). They have introduced gaming as a lifestyle, a way to spend your time despite your age and social status. Also they were leaders of the market for the last 15 years and brought the greatest games to us gamers.
Ordinary folk never heard of N64, NES, or Dreamcast, but they hell do know the name Playstation. (In Europe, that is)
MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising
Sega are my favourite gaming company of all time, and to this day Dreamcasts library of games that were made available for it during its short 2 year lifespan>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> any other consoles first 2 years on the market library of games.
However.......... Due to the sheer volume of games available for it at both retail and on XBLA (including many Sega classics that were on both Megadrive and Dreamcast) my vote has to go to..........................
XBOX 360.
Fave gaming company of all time always has been and always will be............ Sega.
