District 9 Blu-ray to include God of War III playable demo

According to an article from GameInformer.com, the District 9 Blu-ray movie will include a playable demo of God of War III. The District 9 Blu-ray won't be released until December 29, 2009, so it's a bit of a longer wait for the God of War III demo than when the demo on the God of War Collection will be released. What's different from the God of War Collection's included demo is that the District 9 Blu-ray will include the God of War III demo on the disc itself, rather than having to download it. GameInformer.com also noted that a behind-the-scenes of the making of God of War 3 will also be viewable, once you complete the demo.

Of course, the hardcore fans will go for the God of War III demo download, using the redemption code included with the God of War Collection. Sony Computer Entertainment America announced that the God of War Collection, including higher definition PlayStation 3 versions of God of War and God of War II, will be available on November 17th. SCEA unveiled the Trophy list for the God of War Collection just yesterday, which you can see here. The God of War Collection is available for pre-order for $36.99 here at Amazon.com.

Hey that's cool I can check out GOW3 when I rent it. I'm not getting GOW collection because I already have those games on PS2.

It's a great alternative way of playing the GoW3 demo if you didn't wanted to buy the God of War Collection.

il pass because that movie seriously sucked ass!

Yeah maybe if your theater you went to had no sound, played the movie backwords on 1950's projectors, all while you looked through heavily purple tinted sunglasses!

In other words this movie was awesome!  You'd be crazy to think it wasn't at least decent or worth watching!  To think it was aweful, though... that's just ridiculous unless the actual type of movie isn't your thing and you were forced to watch it?

I hope this will release in Europe, I might actually pick it up. I've wanted to see District 9 since I saw the first trailer for it.

While I'm not gonna say it "sucked ass", don't listen to Boutros either .  It was...........decent/good but the unneeded gore and the "intelligence" I expected in this the movie was in a comatose through most of the movie.

90% would agree with me and 10% would agree with you.
