There's no practical way to control these impulses yet, nor even really affect them without causing severe damage. We can read them, sure, but we can also read a lot of things off of the Sun. Anyway. This looks.... pretty sweet. |
I saw a video on Discovery Channel where they had this remote-controlled headset that could alter your balance by controlling the little hairs in your inner ear, so I'm not counting anything out over the next few years.
that looks amazing...is really?

Was that like the other hundreds of patents Sony put through incomplete in details trying to stop other companies innovating too?
As proved with Natal, nobody knows exactly how long or what Microsoft have going through their labs as they will not announce anything until its a proven concept. Also isn't this a Microsoft board so why do we have to listen to pro Sony trolls in our threads constantly when you drop one negative on the Sony boards and you're banned.
He didn't explain his comment he voiced his opinion with vitriol to achieve responses not to add to the debate, yes it was trolling.

actually no, they are work on a mental control system, probably for the PS4. It uses the electric-pulses from your brain to control your characters/gameplay. Several other companies have also done this. So really Microsoft is like the 5th company to do this. A lot of companies have actually demoed their units at several E3 events before it became basically a video game only trade show.

Similar to that and many other companies doing the same sort of interfaces? Without getting any product to market first nobody is copying Sony just because they announce they're working on something.
