Well the PS3 just saw a big price drop. The 360 did not. I say its very possible.

yes it can and will pass the 360 in europe as well.

Even if Xbox gets owned I don't think MS needs to do anything drastic. I think there's more than enough space for 2 HD consoles.

And yes, they probably will get owned. Somehow the PS3 image has developed into a 'far superior' machine, even though we all know it's quite close between the two.

from now till the end of the year i think the ps3 will outsell the 360 by another 2.5 millions units.

My prediction has it at ~1.7 Million more for the last 10 weeks, but i could be very wrong

the PS3 has a good shot at doing this.
